Blooming Teas
Blooming teas or Flowering teas are green tea leaves that have been hand bound together with a piece of cotton string. When steeped in hot water the leaves expand, opening up to reveal a hidden flower inside. One ball with make up to 6 cups of tea, best in a clear glass teapot but will have the same effect in a cup, just add more water. Just drop in your cup and add hot water. This tea improves with subsequent steepings (4-5 times).
