At teastore, customer satisfaction is our top priority! Due to the nature of our tea products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on tea once an order has been processed. However, if you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we'll gladly try our best make it right.
